Subhash Chandra Dr. Yadav
Dr. Subhash C Yadav received his MSc. in Biotechnology (2003) and Ph.D. (2007) in Molecular Biology from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, India. He was visiting researcher at the Institute of Crystallography, Free University (FU) Berlin, Germany, from September 2005 to April 2006. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Molecular Biophysics Unit, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore Karnataka (July 2007-March 2008) India (with Prof Raghavan Varadarajan) and Medical Centre, University of Tennessee, Knoxville TN USA (March 2008 to August 2008). He worked as a Scientist In-charge of the Nanobiology and Electron Microscopy Facility at the Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (CSIR-IHBT) Palampur H.P. India from August 2008 to November 2011. He was employed as a Fellow and Area Convener at TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), New Delhi, from November 2011 to June 2015. He joined All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi as Assistant Professor in Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology in June 2015 and currently working as an Additional Professor. He was visiting professor at Stanford University, the USA, from September 2019 to Feb 2020.
His focused area of research is Electron Microscopy and Cryo-Electron Tomography; the Development of Nano-enabled Diagnostics tools; and Nano-particulate systems for Targeted Drug Delivery and Therapeutics.
