Chanchal Ghosh
Dr. Chanchal Ghosh is working as a scientist at IGCAR, Kalpakkam, India since 2008. His area of research is the phase and the structural transformation in different metallic and ceramic systems including ordered intermetallics and oxides using HRTEM and electron spectrometry. His doctoral studies were on of single-column chemistry of the ordered secondary phases in a spinodally decomposed metallic alloy using quantitative HRTEM. During his postdoc tenure at UConn, USA, he worked on in-situ intercalation reactions of the layer materials using aberration-corrected TEM and STEM. Dr. Ghosh has so far ~50 publications to his credit in various peer-reviewed journals.
